Montage Apartments

The Montage in Gresham, Oregon is an upcoming apartment building that will provide 39 affordable housing units for low-income residents, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) within a community built on dignity, accessibility, and choice. Developed in partnership with Advocates for Life Skills and Opportunity (ALSO), the project will have a sports court, community garden, public plaza, children's play area, pet station, and accessible elevators that connect residents to one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

This affordable, accessible building offers new housing that promotes stability, inclusion and connection for everyone to feel supported and at home. The building features elevator access to every floor, thoughtful unit layouts, ADA wheelchair accessible units, and elements that support mobility, sensory, and cognitive accessibility. Located near the Gresham Transit Center, the apartments will offer residents convenient access to public transportation, schools, parks, shopping, and neighborhood amenities.
